Convert JPG photos to one PDF

Photograph each page of a document, drop the photos, and download a single A4 PDF. Add a KB limit if your portal has one.

Files stay on your device, never uploaded

Changes apply automatically, including to a file you've already added.

One page per photo

Each image becomes one A4 page, scaled to fit with a small margin. Pages follow the order your phone or computer lists the files, which is usually by file name, so name them 1-front and 2-back for two-sided documents like marksheets.

Fitting a size limit

Portals usually limit certificates to a few hundred KB. Set the maximum here and the pages are re-encoded at a lower resolution and quality until the PDF fits. We never go below 72 DPI, where normal-sized text is still readable.

Better photos, smaller PDFs

Photograph documents flat, in daylight, from straight above, and fill the frame with the page. Shadows and dark backgrounds make the file bigger and harder to read.

FAQ

Can I combine photos and an existing PDF?

Yes. Select them together: PDFs are added as they are and each photo becomes a page.

Does it work with PNG or screenshots?

Yes. JPG, PNG, WebP, BMP and GIF images all work.
