What the site does

The site helps you resize, compress and convert your own photos and documents to match the requirements published for exams, admissions and scholarships. It's free. Processing happens in your browser; see the privacy policy.

Your responsibility

• Requirements are taken from official sources and dated, but they can change. Check the latest official notification before you submit any application.
• You're responsible for the files you submit to any portal, including checking that they're correct, legible and accepted.
• Only use files you have the right to use, and don't use the site for anything unlawful.

No guarantee

The site is provided “as is”. We work to keep requirements accurate and the tools reliable, but we don't guarantee that a file will be accepted by a portal, that the site will always be available, or that it's free of errors.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any loss arising from using the site, including a rejected or late application. Your only remedy if you're unhappy with the site is to stop using it.

Not an official site

The site isn't affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to any exam body, university, government department or scholarship provider. Names are used only to identify the applications the requirements belong to. See the disclaimer.
