Photo

Required

  • Format: JPG
  • Dimensions: 150 × 200 px
  • File size: ≤ 150 KB
  • Background: White

Why photo uploads get rejected

  • The file is bigger than 150 KB. Phone photos are usually 2–5 MB, so they always need compressing.
  • The image isn't 150 × 200 px. Cropping by hand often leaves it a few pixels off.
  • It's saved as the wrong format: the portal accepts JPG. iPhone HEIC photos and screenshots saved as PNG are common mistakes.
  • The background isn't plain white. A tool can't fix a coloured wall or a shadow; retake it against a white wall in good light.
